The secret of our necklace is the structure, just like a real snake it is fashioned from hundreds of vertebrae and ribs.  These bejewelled segments are threaded with hundreds of Swarovski crystal beads and separated by 18 carat rose gold snakes set with fine pink tourmaline gemstones.

The solid 18 carat gold snake heads which meet at either end of the necklace invoke the idea of the rare two-headed snake sometimes found in nature, the eyes of which we have set with pink sapphire gemstones. 

The scales are empathised by polishing them to a mirror shine and applying a heavily brushed texture to the rest of the body.  Finally Victoria completes the Halo Sarpa edition necklace with a tiny 18 carat rose gold serpent which provides its slinky tail as a clasp.
